CareyWorks grew out of conversations at kitchen tables, long drives across unfamiliar places, and years spent helping people figure out how to say what matters most.
Hi, I’m Carey, a high-impact communicator, executive advisor, and builder with two decades of experience helping brands and leaders show up with purpose and deliver with clarity.
After graduating from TCU, I spent nearly twenty years in big tech and communications partnering with Microsoft, Xbox, Edelman, and other global brands. I saw firsthand how industry-defining companies earn influence, adapt to disruption, and use communication as a force for growth. I worked with leaders across the U.S. and around the world, helping them refine their voices, connect with their teams, and shape stories that scale.
Those experiences shaped me, but they also showed me something else: the same strategies that help global brands scale can also strengthen the businesses and communities closer to home.
